    These Converse shoes came originally as off-white canvase with black and red card suits covering them. When I saw these, I was instantly inspired by the card chase scene in Disney’s Alice in Wonderland. I decided to use my drawing skills to recreate a few key frames from this scene.
    The characters I included are Alice, the White Rabbit, and the Queen of Hearts. I would have included the cheshire cat, but I felt as there was not a proper place to draw him in. I also covered the shoes in the cards as the scene in which they animatically jump out at her, arms sprawled out, to grab her. This was my first personal custom shoe.
